Brunswick Street Oval

The Brunswick Street Oval was an earlier home ground used by the Roys FFC, prior to the switch to the Brunswick Junction Oval. It can also represent a common mis-spelling of the latter club. There is some irony inherent in this error, however, as when the Roys' ground was the Brunswick Street Oval, it was often mis-named by league officials as the Brunswick Oval.

While no record of the ground as a physical location now exists, it is believed that Brunswick Street Oval was located where the BJO now lies, and is a predecessor demolished for purposes of an upgrade as the competition began to grow in popularity.
